William Shatner, “Star Trek’s” Captain James T. Kirk, and Jessica Meir, UC San Diego graduate, biologist, and NASA astronaut, are amongst these slated to be inducted into the Worldwide Air & House Corridor of Fame at a gala on the San Diego Air & House Museum Saturday.

Meir can also be a pivotal member of the Artemis program, which intends to land the primary lady and subsequent man on the moon.

The 5:30 p.m. gala, to be held within the museum’s Edwin D. McKellar Pavilion of Flight, may even honor Royce Williams, US Naval Aviator and Korean Battle Navy Cross recipient, Robert DeLaurentis, record-setting American aviator and Basic Atomics — Aeronautical Methods Inc., for its work in unmanned aerial methods.
