A person was arrested on suspicion of stabbing a co- employee at a Gaslamp taco store, the San Diego Police Division stated Thursday.

At 5:41 p.m. Wednesday, behind a taco store at 800 fifth Avenue, two staff bought into an argument, SDPD Officer John Buttle stated.

“Throughout the argument the suspect took out a knife and slashed the again of the sufferer and fled,” Buttle stated. “The sufferer had a reduce to his finger and a few 4-inch laceration to his again.”

The 35-year-old sufferer was taken to a hospital and his accidents weren’t thought-about to be life threatening, the officer stated.

The suspect, a person in his 30s, was arrested within the 500 block of F Avenue and the weapon was recovered, Buttle stated.

Central Division was investigating the stabbing.
