A San Diego man who offered fentanyl drugs to a lady, resulting in her deadly overdose, was sentenced Monday to 97 months in jail.

29-year-old Derek Neal Turfler pleaded responsible to promoting drugs to Faithe Sioban Thogode, 27, who fatally overdosed on Might 9, 2022.
