A San Diego County-based petroleum transportation firm, its proprietor, and two workers are dealing with legal prices for allegedly gathering gasoline at scrapyards then promoting it to gasoline stations, the California Lawyer Normal’s Workplace introduced Monday.

Prosecutors allege Lamb Fuels‘ truck drivers have been informed to gather, deal with, and ship waste gasoline, which the AG’s workplace stated “consisted of contaminated gasoline drained from wrecked and deserted automobiles” and “incorporates contaminants that will hurt automobiles and the surroundings.”

The alleged observe occurred from 2012 to 2021 in a number of counties throughout the state, based on a legal criticism that lists greater than three dozen felony counts, together with conspiracy, remedy of hazardous waste at an unauthorized facility, and transportation of hazardous waste to an unauthorized facility.
