A patrol officer fatally shot a person appearing erratically who superior on police and pointed what was later discovered to be a BB pistol at them over the weekend at San Ysidro Transit Heart, authorities reported Monday.

The occasions that led to the deadly gunfire started shortly earlier than 9 p.m. Sunday, when the San Diego Police Division obtained a report of an armed man inflicting a disturbance on a trolley approaching the depot within the 700 block of East San Ysidro Boulevard, in line with the San Diego Sheriff’s Division, which investigates shootings involving SDPD personnel.
