A person died after being struck by a Coaster prepare in Middletown Thursday, simply hours after one other deadly Coaster incident.

Shortly earlier than 11:30 a.m., a northbound Coaster hit a person close to Pacific Freeway and Sassafras Avenue, sheriff’s Sgt. Jason King stated.

It was unclear why the pedestrian was on the tracks.

The opposite man died about 13 miles to the north, close to the sting of Torrey Pines State Pure Reserve, at about 6:30 a.m.

The identities of the deceased haven’t been launched.
