A person who allegedly swung a sword at folks and threatened to shoot them Thursday at an El Cajon house complicated was arrested following a two-hour police standoff.

Patrick Ross, 36, started waving the massive blade in a parking zone on the complicated within the 1000 block of East Lexington Avenue shortly earlier than 8 a.m., based on El Cajon police.
