 A 46-year-old man was in jail Thursday after being arrested in San Diego on suspicion of capturing at an inhabited dwelling in Spring Valley and firing an unlawful firearm with negligence, each felonies, sheriff’s officers stated.

The capturing occurred on Sept. 4 round 1 a.m. close to the 10000 block of Chavacan Lane, in accordance with Detective James Walker of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Division.

Deputies from the Rancho San Diego Sheriff’s Station arrived and located greater than a dozen gun casings, together with a number of bullet holes to a close-by house. Nobody was damage, the detective stated.

An investigation was performed by Rancho San Diego detectives with further help from the San Diego Police Division, Walker stated. Detectives recognized Benjamin Bautista as a suspect within the capturing.

On Wednesday, round 8 a.m., Rancho San Diego detectives, together with the Crime Suppression Staff, arrested Bautista close to the 3200 block of Towser Road in San Diego.
