A person accused of killing his girlfriend’s toddler son in Bay Terraces pleaded not responsible Thursday to fees of homicide and assault on a toddler inflicting dying.
McArvin Caringal-Sanchez, 20, is accused of fatally injuring the unidentified boy, who was practically 2 years previous on the time of his dying on Monday.
Police responded that afternoon to a house on Morton Approach to verify on stories of a kid who was not respiration. The boy was taken to a hospital, the place docs pronounced him lifeless.
In line with San Diego police Lt. Jud Campbell, the kid was discovered to have “severe traumatic inner accidents that had been indicative of kid abuse.”
The investigation led to Caringal-Sanchez’s arrest. Police and prosecutors haven’t disclosed additional particulars relating to the allegations towards the defendant.
