A dispute between two girls at a Clairemont dwelling escalated Friday right into a stabbing that left one among them wounded.

The assault within the 4800 block of Mount Longs Drive was reported shortly after 7:30 a.m. Friday, in line with the San Diego Police Division.

Patrol officers arrived to discover a girl in her 30s affected by a stab harm to her chest, SDPD public-affairs Officer Scott Lockwood stated. The severity of the wound was not instantly clear, although the sufferer was acutely aware and alert as paramedics took her to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, Lockwood stated.

The assailant remained at giant within the late morning, in line with police.

Although Lockwood stated he was uncertain of the connection, if any, between the assailant and sufferer, OnSceneTV.com reported that the ladies are roommates and that the stabbing apparently happened throughout a dispute over lease.
