A girl was stabbed to loss of life in San Marcos and a suspect arrested on the scene, authorities reported Wednesday.

At about 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, San Diego County Sheriff‘s deputies responded to a stabbing report within the 100 block of North Twin Oaks Valley Street, simply north of Route 78.

Lt. Joseph Jarjura mentioned deputies found a lady with a stab wound. The sufferer was taken to a hospital, the place she was pronounced useless.

Deputies detained the suspect on the scene of the crime, Jarjura mentioned.

Murder detectives had been investigating the stabbing and gathering proof on Wednesday. The motivation and circumstances of the crime had been nonetheless underneath investigation.
