At 4:09 a.m. Monday, the pregnant lady — who had been driving herself to the hospital to offer delivery — pulled over her Toyota SUV on El Cajon Boulevard, stated Officer Sarah Foster of the San Diego Police Division.
Paramedics have been known as to her location at forty second Avenue and El Cajon Boulevard, the place she was in labor, the officer stated.
The newborn was born within the SUV, and each the new child and mom have been awake and alert when paramedics took them to UCSD Medical Heart in Hillcrest, Foster stated.
