Amy Aguilar, 16, and Alan Aguilar, 10, died on the freeway in Vista. That they had left the automobile to retrieve baggage that fell off.

Their mom. Sandra Ortiz, 33, was taken into custody on the scene, accused of driving beneath the affect, manslaughter and youngster endangerment.
