A person in his 50s was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver within the Lincoln Park neighborhood of San Diego, authorities stated Sunday.
The person was strolling southbound within the northbound lane of 300 forty seventh St. when he was hit at about 7:15 p.m. Saturday by a white Ford F-250 pickup truck that was going north, the San Diego Police Division reported.
The truck driver fled the scene northbound on forty seventh Road. Paramedics rushed the person to a hospital, the place he died from his accidents.
The sufferer’s identification was not instantly accessible.
