A taking pictures in a neighborhood close to Manzanita Canyon left one individual severely wounded Tuesday.
The gunfire was reported shortly after 11 a.m. within the 3200 block of fortieth Road, north of Redwood Road and simply east of state Route 15 in Metropolis Heights, based on the San Diego Police Division.
The sufferer, described solely as male, suffered a gunshot wound to the chest, SDPD Officer Sarah Foster stated. Paramedics have been giving him CPR on the scene, she stated.
No description of the shooter was instantly obtainable.
