A meals grease spill from a semi-truck on State Route 67 brought about visitors to be diverted Tuesday, the California Patrol stated.
The spill was reported at about 4:40 a.m. within the southbound lanes of the freeway. It created slick circumstances for motorists and all southbound visitors was detoured to Willows Highway.
The semi-truck appeared to have a gap in its tank that leaked an unknown amount of waste onto the roadway, the CHP reported. Environmental crews had been known as to the scene to scrub up the spill, which didn’t look like poisonous, the CHP reported.
Visitors was slowed alongside each instructions of SR-67 from Winter Gardens Boulevard to San Vincente Avenue forward of the morning commute, in accordance with Caltrans San Diego.
