Authorities on Friday launched the names of a 27-year-old lady and 22-year-old man who died in a Veterans Day crash close to the mouth of the Sweetwater River.
Esmeralda Medina Villa of Chula Vista and Joshua Ziolkowski of San Diego have been in a 2006 BMW sport-utility automobile that veered off Interstate 5, in response to the San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Workplace.
The wreck passed off for unknown causes north of E Avenue in Chula Vista shortly earlier than 3 a.m. Nov. 11. The SUV went up an embankment and hit a utility pole earlier than overturning, rolling again down the slope and coming to relaxation on the freeway, officers mentioned.
Each Villa, who was believed to have been driving the BMW, and Ziolkowski have been ejected. They died on the scene.
Previous to the arrival of police and paramedics, the driving force of a northbound Ford Mustang came across the accident and crashed into the disabled SUV. A short while later, emergency crews discovered Villa pinned beneath the Mustang.
