A Del Mar lady is in custody on suspicion of being behind a murder-for-hire plot to have her husband killed, the San Diego Sheriff’s Division reported Thursday after a two-month investigation.

On July 2 round 7:30 p.m., deputies obtained a radio name a couple of home fireplace within the 4600 block of Rancho Reposo within the Del Mar space. The occupant, Tatyana Remley, 42, was arrested on alleged firearms-related offenses whereas the sheriff’s bomb/arson unit investigated the fireplace.

A day later, deputies opened an investigation into whether or not Remley had been trying to rent somebody to kill her estranged husband.

On Aug. 2, Remley met with an undercover sheriff’s detective. In response to the division, she offered detailed data on how she wished her husband killed and his physique disposed, and introduced forex for a down fee.

She was arrested and booked into the Vista Detention Facility.

Remley has been formally charged with solicitation of homicide, carrying a hid weapon in a car that was not registered and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place.

A preliminary listening to is ready for Nov. 16 at 8:45 a.m. in Division 5 of the North County Superior Court docket.
