A fireplace was confined to the kitchen of a two-story house in Scripps Ranch Wednesday, the San Diego Hearth-Rescue Division stated.
The hearth was reported at 5:43 a.m. Wednesday at a house within the 9800 block of Aviary Drive, in accordance with a San Diego hearth on-line log.
Firefighters discovered heavy smoke coming from a two-story residence after they arrived. Crews attacked the hearth and confined it to the kitchen. No accidents have been reported.
The hearth didn’t trigger harm to the remainder of the house so the residence was turned over to the home-owner after overhaul was full.
