A church choir group chief accused of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old lady who was a member of the San Ysidro church’s choir pleaded not responsible Tuesday to 4 counts of lewd acts on a toddler.

San Diego police say Rafael Valentin Magana, 27, drove the alleged sufferer to and from a child bathe on Nov. 6, 2021.

After the infant bathe, police stated Magana drove the lady to the Paradise Hills neighborhood, parked the automotive on Reo Drive, sexually assaulted her, then drove the lady residence.
