A pedestrian was fatally struck by a car on an Encanto-area thoroughfare Monday, authorities reported.
The person was struck by the Ford pickup round 5:40 a.m. on Imperial Avenue, close to 68th Road, in accordance with the San Diego Police Division.
The sufferer, whose title was not instantly obtainable, died on the scene, SDPD public affairs Officer Scott Lockwood mentioned.
