A person was hospitalized Tuesday after being stabbed following an argument at an Egger Highlands gasoline station with one other man, who was taken into custody.
San Diego Police had been notified of a doable stabbing at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday within the 1800 block of Palm Avenue, based on OnScene TV.
Officers arrived and located the stabbing sufferer sitting on the entrance of the gasoline station and a suspect sitting in his Jeep Compass close by, the video information service stated.
The sufferer, who police stated was uncooperative, was taken to Scripps Memorial Hospital. The suspect was additionally taken to a hospital after complaining about dizziness.
