
Three adults and a baby escaped a home hearth in La Mesa early Tuesday, the Heartland Fireplace & Rescue reported.
The hearth started simply after 2 a.m. within the 8700 block of Mellmanor Drive, mentioned Public Info Officer Andy McKellar.
The hearth was on the second ground of a multifamily house and residents escaped safely with no accidents, he mentioned.
Fifteen hearth items have been on the scene, together with crews from San Miguel, San Diego and officers from the La Mesa Police Division.
The hearth was extinguished by 4 a.m.
The American Pink Cross was serving to the 4 residents who have been displaced discover shelter.
Heartland Fireplace officers have been investigating the reason for the fireplace.
