
Ten individuals had been displaced early Tuesday by a second-alarm hearth in a Lemon Grove dwelling and storage that authorities described as having hoarder-like situations.
The blaze was reported shortly after 5 a.m. within the 3100 block of Chateau Means. Arriving Heartland Fireplace & Rescue crews discovered each the home and separate storage ablaze.
As a result of the hoarder-like situations had been feeding the fireplace, crews issued a second alarm.
One firefighter injured his shoulder, and a canine in the home was resuscitated with oxygen, however not one of the residents had been injured.
The San Diego Sheriff’s bomb and arson squad is investigating the reason for the fireplace.
